Accounts Receivable & Contract Administrator
CNY – Syracuse Region
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Receivable & Contract Administrator to support our finance and administrative operations. This role is responsible for managing customer invoicing, collections, payment tracking, and assisting with contract administration to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely execution. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working with numbers and documents, and able to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and professionalism.

Generate and distribute customer invoices accurately and on time

Apply payments, track outstanding balances, and maintain AR aging reports

Follow up on past-due accounts and communicate professionally with clients regarding payments

Reconcile accounts and assist with month-end closing activities

Maintain accurate financial records and documentation

Prepare, review, track, and maintain contracts, amendments, and related documentation

Ensure contracts are properly executed and stored in accordance with company procedures

Monitor contract dates, renewals, and compliance requirements

Coordinate with internal teams regarding contract terms, billing schedules, and changes
-
Assist with audits or internal reviews related to contracts and billing
-
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)

2+ years of experience in accounts receivable, contract administration, or a related role

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
