Time and Date Changes

Press the Speaker key
Dial 728
Dial two digits for the hour (24 hour clock, 13 = 1:00 PM)
Dial two digits for the minutes (00~59).
Press Speaker to hang up.

If you have a voicemail system, it may be on a separate timer than your phone system. 
See voicemail instructions below

NEC Electra Professional, NEC Electra Elite, NEC Infoset
Must be done from attendant position (usually extension 100, 101, or 110. Ext 10 on Infoset)

Do not lift handset
Press Feature
Dial 9#
Enter hour and minute via dialpad.
Press Recall to change AM/PM setting.
Press Hold to change to calendar setting.
OR Press Feature to exit this feature.
Press Recall to select day of week.
Dial # to move the cursor to day of month field.
Enter day of month via dialpad.
Press Recall to select month.
Dial # to move the cursor to year field.
Enter last two digits of year via dialpad.
Press Feature.

Remember that  if you have a voicemail system, it is on it's own separate timer. See voicemail instructions below!

If you have an NEC 2000 IVS, IVS2, or IPS, you need to change the time via MATWORXS. This should only be done if you are familiar and comfortable with the system programming. 

Do not pick up your handset 
Press Transfer Conference * Transfer Conference #
It will say "CAT Mode"
Press Redial, will say "Command ="
Type 02 and press Recall
It will say 02>
Type 2 and press Recall
The time will appear in military time to the right of the colon
Enter the new time in military time HH:MM:SS, eg  08:45:02  for  8:45 am
Press Conf and it should say OK
Pick up your receiver and set it down.

Older Systems:
The following telephone system procedures must be done from ext 100, 10, or 1
Enter time in Military Time Format!

Infinite 4096/Siemens 4080
Press On/Off
Dial 76 on dial pad
Enter date in the following format YY-MM-DD-HH-MM
Press On/Off

Siemens, Infinite, and Telplus 1224

Press On/Off
Press Speed Call twice
Dial 50 on dial pad
Dial date in the following format: YY-MM-DD-HH-MM
Press Hold
Press On/Off

Telplus 1648 or 3264

Press On/Off
Dial **
Dial 46 on dial pad
Dial date in the following format: YY-MM-DD-HH-MM
Dial **
Press On/Off

Active Voice or NEC Voicemail Systems

Access system manager
Press 6 for System Schedule
You'll hear, "The time is set to _:___, would you like to change it? Press 1 for yes and enter new time as instructed.
When you hear "The time is __:___, would you like to change it?" Press 2 for no and hang up.
